Bugatti Galibier Coming with Hybrid Power

Bugatti Galibier Coming with Hybrid Power

Bugatti Galibier Coming with Hybrid Power

The line of Bugatti vehicle seems like never lacked of ambition. You can see it since it is still under the founder Ettore Bugatti, until now when the car is operating below the Volkswagen Group. Now, that opinion has another prove with the Galibier  super sedan. We call it super because the car will be very exclusive and highly priced. The British magazine, CAR, even said that there will be W16 engine from Veyron that is planted to its dual clutch gearbox.

Not only that, the other option with hybrid power will also be available. It is said that the hybrid mode is developed as the increasing number  of metropolitan city centers ban the internal combustion cars firing up at their downtown areas. And I don’t think that Bugatti owners would try the mass transit either.

The new president and CEO for Bugatti, Wolfgang Durheimer, said to CAR that the project is currently still at the early stages as the final dimension and the chassis construction is not yet decided. He said that the design might be finalized this fall with carbon monocoque or aluminum spaceframe. There will be 3,000 units of Gallibier with a price of about $ 1.62 million.

2012 VW Beetle Coming to America

2012 VW Beetle Coming to America

Some months ago, there are a group of Oprah fans who is very lucky to be given the 2012 Volkswagen Beetle. Now, they will be able to see on what will they got as Volkswagen has officially remove the wrapping for their latest 2012 Beetle. Although the designers were inspired from the original Beetle, but this car is actually longer and wider.

In truth, the car isn’t looks like what we might expect after seeing some of its spy photos in the internet previously. It seems that VW was only speculated by fitting their latest model with the latest generation of taillights at that moment. Now, there will be a new light that is looks like  magnet. This vehicle is created to transport four person, but the back seat can be folded to provide you with a more cargo room.

The European buyers will be able to choose from some engine options. They are ranging from the 1.2 liter gasoline, 1.6 liter turbo diesel, and the 2.0 liter turbocharged. I expect that three of them will make their way for production. This car will debut at this week’s Shanghai Motor Show and also be presented at the New York Auto Show, so you might see the full one in a short time.
